The Gan Parkinson's Chat Group hopes to connect those living with PD and their care partners to others in the community who can offer support.
We are so happy to welcome Jean Tang from Thousand Islands Guardian Pharmacy to our chat on April 27th (10:30am at Grace United Church) who will be helping us deal with medications.
